Best current DD-WRT version for Netgear WNDR3400?
Hi all
Apr 21, 2014 - dd-wrt.v24-K26_WNDR3400V2_17-Apr-2014 Issues fixed: Updated Includes Heartbleed Protection - Router rename. DD-WRT for NETGEAR WNDR3400v2 With Heartbleed Protection. Download file:.
I am trying to upgrade my WNDR3400v1 Netgear into DD-WRT, never tried this before. While reading, I find that the wiki page lists a version dd-wrt.v24-21061 which is very old. I am trying to get a version that supports 2.4 & 5 bands and has USB storage support.
Which one would be the best for me? Should I stick with the mentioned version or should I try something new? I see many versions named mini, big and mega. What are the differences between these? Could someone tell me whats the current stable version for my purposes? Thanks
PS: I also find that many of these versions are listed under the folder broadcom_k26. Are they compatible for Netgear? Or am I wrong? Please help
